The Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Anant Geete has said that Centre is considering to formulate new Auto Policy which will be industry friendly as well as consumer -friendly. <br/><br/>Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the 14th edition of the biennial Auto Expo-Motor Show at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida near Delhi yesterday, he said that all stakeholders will be consulted while finalizing the policy. <br/><br/>The Minister said that taxation issue will also be looked into and they want to change current taxation parameters with regard to auto sector. <br/><br/>The Auto Expo -Motor Show opens today for general visitors and will continue till the 14th of this month. The general visitors can visit the show from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.during week days while 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. slot is for business visitors.On weekend and the last day,the motor show will remain open for general visitors from 10 a.m.to 7 p.m. <br/><br/>The free shuttle bus service is available from Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station and back. The tickets of Auto Expo are available at selected Metro Stations. <br/><br/>The visitors can also book their tickets online. During last two days,over100 products were launched. Coinciding with Motor Show,The Auto Expo-Component Show is also being organized in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.<br/><br/>
