In order to maintain mental well-being of senior citizens during lockdown, it is important that they should interact with relatives and neighbors by following social distancing norms. They should rediscover their old hobbies. Senior citizens should not confine themselves in the room and must avoid sensational news that is unconfirmed. Do not spread such unconfirmed and sensational news on social media. Senior citizens have also been advised to follow personal hygine, take nutritious food and necessary medicines regularly. </span><br />
