As the "Arogya Setu" mobile app works in smartphones, the IVRS facility works in feature-phones as well. It was launched by the Union Minister for Communications, Information Technology and Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad and the state chief minister Edappadi Palaniswamy jointly through video conferencing today. Using the facility, one can track about the Covid-19 situation and avail help by giving a missed call or a sms to the number 94999-12345. They will in turn call them back and provide assistance based on the nature of their health conditions. The assistance include providing counselling, guidance, rushing ambulances for admission and testing.</span><br />
