The Centre has held tripartite talks with Kuki National Organisation (KNO) and United People's Front (UPF) of Manipur to find an amicable solution to their long standing demand.<br/><br/>Home Ministry Spokesperson said, the second round of the tripartite talks was held on Wednesday in New Delhi and during the dialogue the KNO and the UPF indicated their demands in the presence of senior representative of Manipur government.<br/><br/>The talks were held in a cordial atmosphere and the next round of dialogue will be held in consultation with Manipur government, KNO and UPF.<br/><br/>The Home Ministry had decided to hold tripartite talks with government of Manipur, KNO and UPF of Manipur in June this year.
