Centre has taken several measures to strengthen animal husbandry & fisheries, says Union Minister Parshottam Rupala

<span style="color: #222222;">BJP today, June 6, asserted that ensuring farmer welfare and improving animal health have been the government's priorities in the last nine years and several measures have been taken in this regard. </span><br />''<br />''Briefing media in New Delhi, Union Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Minister Parshottam Rupala said the Centre has taken several measures to strengthen animal husbandry and fisheries which are the backbone of India's rural economy. He highlighted that mobile veterinary units have been provided for veterinary services at the farmers' doorsteps along with the livestock vaccination scheme. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Rupala added that Gram Panchayats are being provided development funds in a transparent manner. He said the government is committed to raising the living standards of citizens and ensuring inclusive growth. The Minister also said over two thousand obsolete rules and laws have been scrapped for ensuring the ease of governance and doing business in the last nine years.</span><br />
