The Centre has handed over the Puri train burning case probe to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) after credible inputs suggested that a terrorist module is planning terrorist attacks in different parts of the country. <br/><br/>The Home Ministry in a communiqu' yesterday said that terror module has visited various places in India to identify possible targets for terror attacks. The probe ordered a week after Odisha government requested the Centre for an investigation by the National Investigation Agency. <br/><br/>It is worthwhile to mention that on 12th of last month five bogies of three stranded strains gutted completely in Puri railway station. The police have arrested a person in connection with the incident, who is currently lodged in the Puri jail.
