The Home Ministry has constituted a five-member committee on the Telangana issue. It will be headed by retired Justice D N Srikrishna. <br/><br/>The other members are Prof Ranbir Singh, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Delhi, Dr. Abusaleh Shariff, Senior Research Fellow, International Food Policy Research Institute, Delhi Dr. (Ms.) Ravinder Kaur, Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT, Delhi and former Home secretary Mr Vinod K Duggal as member secretary.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports the terms of reference are being drafted and will be finalized in consultation with the Chairman.<br/>
