Centre has constituted a four member committee to investigate into the causes of recent accident at NTPC, Unchahar Thermal Power Plant in Uttar Pradesh.<br/><br/>The panel, headed by PD Siwal, Member of Central Electricity Authority, will submit its report in one month.<br/><br/>In a statement, Power Ministry said the Committee will investigate the causes of the accident and fixing of responsibility, if any besides suggesting remedial measures to avoid the recurrence of such incidents in the future. <br/><br/>On 1st of this month, more than 30 people died due to boiler blast at NTPC's Unchahar power plant.<br/>
