Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Thaawarchand Gehlot today said the Centre is concerned and keen for the welfare of the Divyangjan. Mr Gehlot said this while distributing the aids and assistive devices to over 800 such people at a camp in the national capital under the government's Assistance to Disabled persons for purchasing or fitting of aids or appliances scheme.<br/><br/>He said, the distribution of free aids and assistive devices to such persons is right a step in this direction. He said all necessary steps in this regard will be taken without any delay.Various types of aids and assistive devices were distributed in the camp including tricycles, wheelchairs and walking stick.
