Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said Centre is assisting the state agencies of Tamil Nadu in rescue and relief operations. <br/><br/>In a tweet, the Minister said he spoke to state Chief Minister Jayalalitha and took stock of the flood situation in the state. Mr Singh assured the Chief Minister of all possible help from the Centre.
