In a letter to all states, Home Ministry said this will encourage more youth to join NCC and bring more disciplined, physically fit and well trained youth to the State Police Forces. <br />''<br />''Home Ministry has already decided to grant incentives to NCC Certificate holders in direct recruitment posts of Sub Inspectors and Constables in the Central Armed Police Forces considering efficacy of professional training and skills received by NCC cadets. It has asked all states and UTs to grant incentives to NCC certificate holders in direct recruitment examinations for their police forces on the same pattern as being given to NCC certificate holders in direct recruitment by CAPFs. It has asked all states to send details of action taken in all regard.</span><br />
