In order to further facilitate the Divyangjan, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued advisory to States to extended the various exemptions, facilitation and relief provided by the States in respect of Invalid Carriage vehicles to vehicles owned by Divyangjan.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry had earlier issued notification for amendment to FORM 20 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules 1989, through which the benefits of GST and other concessions being provided to the Divyangjan  under various schemes of the Government for the purchase  ownership and operation of the Motor Vehicles were facilitated by incorporating ownership type. With the amendments, such ownership details would be properly reflected and divyangjan would be able to avail the benefits under various schemes.</span><br />
