<span style="color: #222222;">Home Ministry has asked States to ensure smooth disbursal of money to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana during 21 day lockdown to fight COVID-19. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla has written to all the States and Union Territories and requested them to take all necessary measures in this regard. It said, the Department of Financial Services had issued detailed guidelines on disbursal of money to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana through banks, during the lockdown period. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Home Ministry also asked to observe norms of social distancing.</span><br />
