Centre has asked the States for adoption and implementation of Clinical Establishment Act in order to stop ill practices in private health sector. <br/><br/>Union Health Minister J P Nadda has written to Chief Ministers of all states in this regard. This came in the wake of recent incident of medical negligence in some private hospitals in Delhi -NCR. <br/> <br/>Few days back, Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh in the national capital had declared dead the premature twins and handed over to their parents in a polythene bag. <br/><br/>But when the family was taking the babies for their last rites, one of them, a boy, was found breathing.<br/>Last month, a Gurugram based Fortis hospital had overcharged from family members of a patient who reportedly died of dengue.<br/>
