The centre has formally approved the visit of Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama to Tawang Monastry in Arunachal Pradesh beginning 8th of next month. The visit, given a green signal by the Ministry of External Affairs, will be the fifth after his holiness' exile in 1959. He visited Arunachal Pradesh last time in 2003. <br/>
