<br/>Centre has announced the Prime Minister's Shram Awards for 2015 which will be conferred on 56 workers for their distinguished and outstanding performance. However, no name was put forward this year for the prestigious Shram Ratna Award. <br/><br/>Labour Ministry in a release said, four nominations for the Shram Bhushan Award, 24 nominations for Shram Vir and twenty eight nominations for Shram Shree Awards have been selected. The Ministry said, there are 40 workers from the public sector and 16 from the private sector in the list of awardees. <br/><br/>The Shram Bhushan award carries a cash award of one lakh rupees, while the Shram Vir carries a cash prize of 60 thousand rupees.
