<span style="color: #222222;">Centre has adopted a policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism and security forces are taking effective and continuous action in countering it in Jammu and Kashmir.  <br />'' <br />'' A large number of terrorists have been neutralized in  J&K during the past few years due to the government's effective action. This was stated by Minister of State for Home, G. Kishan Reddy in a  written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.<br />'' <br />'' He said, 594 terror incidents have taken place and 37 terrorists were killed in such incidents this year till 17th of November.<br />''<br />''Mr. Reddy said, the multi-pronged approach has been adopted by the government to contain cross-border infiltration which includes multi-tiered deployment along the International Border, Line of Control, border fencing, improved intelligence and operational coordination, equipping Security Forces with advanced weapons and taking pro-active action against infiltrators.</span><br />
