A three-member Central team is on a visit to Chhattisgarh to assess the facilities to deal with the COVID-19 situation. Led by Joint Secretary of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Richa Sharma, the team comprises Joint Director of Health and Family Welfare Department Dr. Sunil Gitte and Pulmonary Medicine Expert of AIIMS, Raipur Dr. Rangnathan.<br />'' <br />''The team visited Government Medical College and Hospital, Raipur and also various District Hospitals and COVID Care Centres in Raipur and Durg districts to assess the government's preparedness to prevent the spread of Corona infection.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Head of the team, Joint Secretary Richa Sharma said that the main objective of the visit is to assess the areas where Chhattisgarh needs special assistance to fight the pandemic. Ms Sharma expressed satisfaction over the efforts made by the State Government.</span><br />
