Central team reviews law and order situation in WB

In West Bengal, the 3 member team of the Union Home Ministry reviewed the law and order situation with the State Government at a high level meeting in Kolkata today. The Central team led by Mr. D.R.S. Chaudhary Additional Secretary of the Union Home Ministry met the West Bengal Chief Secretary, Mr. Ashok Mohan Chakraborty and top brass of the administration to have an over view of law and order situation in the state. After the meeting, the leader of the central team Mr. Chaudhary declined to comment about the discussion took place. AIR Kolkata correspondent reports that the crucial meeting lasted about 90 minutes where state administration placed a detailed report on recent political violence at different parts of the state and government initiative to control it.<br/><br/>
