While one of two member multi-disciplinary team, Dr. Shivani Dutta, a public health specialist from Kolkota arrived in capital Bhubaneswar today, Dr. Prasant Raghav Mohapatra from AIIMS, Bhubaneswar will be the clinician member.<br />''<br />''They are likely to visit the high caseload districts of the state tomorrow to assess the covid control mechanism in place and suggest measures to arrest the viral growth.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports that the central team visiting Odisha is part of the overall central health intervention being made to control the viral spread in six high caseload states including Odisha.<br />''<br />''The team will look into a host of areas including testing, tracking, treatment, vaccination and covid 19 deaths before suggesting remedial measures for the containment of virus.<br />''<br />''Incidentally, the central team's visit to the state coincides with the reporting of as many as 52 deaths today, which is the highest ever fatalities on any given day during both the waves of the pandemic in the state.<br />''<br />''On the other hand, Odisha today reported a little over 2800 fresh covid 19 cases, thereby whittling the rate of positivity  down to 3.75 % from 4.17 % as on the first of this month.   </span><br />
