Minister of State in the PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh has reiterated that the Central government is committed to change the living standards of the downtrodden and people of weaker sections of the society in the country. <br/><br/>The Minister was speaking while releasing a magazine of Jammu and Kashmir State Social Welfare Board, during a function in Jammu today. <br/><br/>He said that the Centre and state government have launched various schemes and programmes for upliftment of the poor and weaker sections of the society. <br/><br/>The Union Minister emphasised the involvement of youth, women and civil society activists in the welfare programmes of training and skill development.
