Central Government employees will get another instalment of seven percent DA from July this year. An announcement to this effect was made by the Information and Broadcasting Minister Mrs. Ambika Soni after the Cabinet gave approval to the proposal. She said the pensioners will also get the same benefit. She said Cabinet also approved the draft of 12th Five Year Plan. It will be applicable from next fiscal and will be presented before the National Development Council for discussion. She said the focus of the proposed plan is to achieve nine percent growth. The thrust areas of the plan are health, education, skill development and infrastructure.
