Efforts are still on by the Centre to find an amicable solution to the week-long stand off between the Manipur Government and National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Issac Moiba), NSCN (IM), on the proposed visit of its leader Mr. T. Moiba to Manipur.<br/>The Union Home Secretary Mr. G.K. Pillai and Centre's interlocutor to the Naga peace talks, Mr. R.S. Pandey on Wednesday had discussions with Manipur and Nagaland Chief Ministers at Imphal and Kohima. <br/>Later, Mr. Pillai met NSCN (IM) leader Mr. Moiba at Vishema village on Nagaland-Manipur border.
