In Andhra Pradesh, census 2011 operations will begin on Monday across the state. Director of Census Operations of the state, Y.V. Anuradha said, about 1.6 lakh enumerators and 26,000 supervisors have been appointed to carry out the census in 27,800 villages and 228 towns.<br/><br/>Stating that the census would be held in two phases, she said the listing of houses and housing census would be commenced tomorrow for the decennial census exercise being conducted across the country.
