CEC Rajiv Kumar begins review of preparedness for Lok Sabha poll in Tamil Nadu

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 10pt;">The two day meeting of the full election commission to review poll preparedness in Tamilnadu began at Chennai on Friday. </span><span style="color: #222222;">Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and the election commissioners Arun Goel and Anup Chandra Pandey met the representatives of all the political parties. Emerging from the meeting, the political party representatives said that they have placed several requests related to poll arrangements, security, deployment of officials, web cameras including other issues. Tomorrow there will be a presentation by the CEO and other officials of the department in the State of Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala. In the afternoon, there will be a review of enforcement agencies and a meeting with the Chief Secretary and DGP. The visit will end with a media interaction in the evening.</span></p>
