In Karnataka, the Chief Election Commissioner and other members of ECI inaugurated Vote Fest 2023 to create awareness on the election process in Bengaluru yesterday,&nbsp;March 10.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' The Full Commission from the Election Commission of India is on a three-day visit to the city. The Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and Election Commissioners Anup Chandra Pandey and Arun Goel inaugurated the Fest to create awareness of the election process and educate the voters. They also inaugurated Electhon 2023, a 30-hour hackathon for securing the electoral future. This is an exercise to seek people's suggestions on improving voter turnout, ensuring the registration of new voters, and how to ensure the involvement of urban youth in the democratic process.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' AIR Correspondent reports, under the SVEEP initiative, eight LED screen-fitted vehicles were flagged off by the Election Commissioners during the Vote Fest. These will travel across 28 constituencies in Bengaluru to create awareness. They also inaugurated two exhibitions, one on the history of elections in Karnataka and another on Voters' awareness under SVEEP. A video named Mai Bharat Hoon, Hum Bharat Ke Matdata Hain was played during the inaugural. Several students and University officials posed questions to the Commissioners on this occasion. Most of it was concerning ECI apps, the need to reduce inducements by the political parties during the election, how to deal with fake news and rumours, how to deal with social media, and how to reduce the apathy of voters in urban areas.&nbsp;
