In UP, several rivers including, Ganga, Yamuna, Ramganga, Gomti and Ghaghra are still in spate due to heavy rain in various parts of the state. AIR correspondent reports that rescue and relief operations in the affected districts are on in full swing.AIR correspondent reports, ten to 50 millimeters of rainfall has occurred in several eastern and western districts of the state during past 24 hours. The rivers have engulfed several cultivable areas in Bundelkhand and Terai districts. Meanwhile, reports of infectious diseases like diarrhea has been reported from Jalaun district. Medical teams have been rushed to the affected areas.
