Yet in an another incident of ceasefire violation on the Indo-Pak border, the troops from across the Line of Control today resorted to firing in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. Quoting SSP Poonch, Mr. Manmohan Singh, AIR Poonch Correspondent reports, the Forces from across the border started firing on Kranti and Chhajja Maan Indian posts at 1430 hours. The firing in which light mortar and medium arms were used, is said to be initiated from Daku and Chooha posts of Pakistani side. Speculating it as a cover fire to facilitate infiltration to this side, the Indian troops also retaliated it. However, there has been no report of any loss of life on Indian side.
