The Constituency Delimitation Commission (CDC) of Nepal has submitted its report to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at Kathmandu last evening. <br/><br/>The Commission has recommended 165 constituencies for the of House of Representatives and 330 for Provincial Assemblies. <br/><br/>Capital Kathmandu will have the highest 10 constituencies. According to CDC Chairman, Kamal Narayan Das, 90 percent weightage has been given to population and 10 percent to geography.<br/><br/>Nepal government yesterday decided to hold provincial and parliament elections in two phases on November 26 and December 7. <br/><br/>As per the new constitution of Nepal local, provincial and parliament elections needs be completed by 21 January next year. Two phases of local polls have already been completed and third and final round is scheduled on September 18.
