The Cabinet Committee on Security, CCS, met in New Delhi on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. It is believed that the situation arising out of the growing Naxal violence came up for discussion in the meeting. Official sources said that Home Minister P Chidambaram has briefed the Cabinet Committee on the situation arising out of the Naga students' economic blockade to protest the Centre's refusal to NSCN-IM leader T Muivah's attempt to visit Nagaland.<br/>
