The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs has recommended to the President to prorogue the both Houses of Parliament. <br/><br/>Soon after the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha were adjourned sine die today, the CCPA chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh met briefly in Parliament House and took a decision in this regard. <br/><br/>With this the speculation that Parliament may be reconvened for a brief special session to clear bills on the GST legislations, has ended.<br/><br/>
