Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, CCPA, met this morning to decide and recommend the date for convening the Winter Session of Parliament to the President. Home Minister Rajnath Singh chaired the meeting. According to sources, no decision could be taken in the meeting and CCPA will meet again on Monday to take a call.
