The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, CCEA has approved construction of a new dry dock within Cochin Shipyard Limited at a cost of 1 thousand 7 hundred 99 crore rupees.<br/> <br/>The objective is to augment the shipbuilding and repair capacity of the country. <br/><br/>The CCEA also approved installation of Ghatampur Thermal Power Project of 1980 Mega Watt capacity in Uttar Pradesh. <br/><br/>The project will be implemented at an estimated cost of over 17 thousand crore rupees.
