The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, CCEA today approved installation of Ghatampur Thermal Power Project of 1980 Mega Watt capacity through Joint Venture by Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited and Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited.<br/><br/>CCEA also approved the proposal for M/s. Ambuja Cements Limited for acquisition of 24 per cent shares in its holding company-Holcim (India) Private Limited.
