The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, has directed all its affiliated schools to promote health and wellness through sports and physical education. In its latest advisory to schools, the CBSE said that healthy living of school children is the primary concern of all, which can be realised by promotion of play, exercises, sports and hygiene in schools. The CBSE said it has recommended for providing compulsory time schedule for physical education and sports activities for the students of all classes.
