New CBI Director Amar Pratap Singh today emphatically said the premier investigative agency will act in a very fair and impartial manner in all cases. In a brief interaction with media after he took over as the new Director succeeding Ashwani Kumar, Singh said improving forensic department, filling up all vacancies in the force and getting rid of pending cases are the main challenges before him.
