The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI will set up 71 special courts throughout the country to expedite judicial proceedings. <br/> <br/>Inaugurating a media workshop in Kolkata on Saturday, CBI Director Aswani Kumar said out of 71 special courts, 6 will be set up in West Bengal. He said that, three special courts will start functioning in the state in this year. <br/> <br/>Mr. Kumar said that, shortage of good quality of investigator is one of the main reasons for delay in CBI investigations in different cases. The CBI director said that the agency is taking special steps to investigate cases against corruption. <br/> <br/>The four day long workshop is being organized by the CBI to apprise media persons about the functioning of the agency. <br/>
