CBI to probe RTI activist Shehla murder case

In Madhya Pradesh, the CBI has taken over the case diary and other equipments of slain RTI activist Shehla Masood from Bhopal police. According to sources, a team of forensic experts has also reached Bhopal that will examine physical evidences, finger prints and other things.

The CBI had registered a case in connection with murder of Shehla Masood on Saturday. It registered a case against unknown assailants under section 302 of IPC. The centre had ordered a CBI inquiry into the case on Friday. Shehla Masood was shot dead in Bhopal on 16 August.
