The Centre has ordered a CBI probe into the murder of Madhya Pradesh RTI activist Shehla Masood in Bhopal.

This was disclosed by Minister of State for Department of Personnel V Narayanasamy in New Delhi on Friday.

The Centre had received a letter from the Madhya Pradesh Government requesting for a CBI probe into Masood’s murder. She was shot dead outside her residence in Bhopal on August 16.
