CBI takes up Ruchika related three cases for investigation

Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday took up three cases for investigation relating to Ruchika Girhotra after re-registering them at Special Crime Zone at New Delhi. The cases have been registered against Ex DGP, the then SP, SI, ASIs, of Haryana Police and others . These three cases were earlier registered in Haryana. <br/><br/>Speaking to All India Radio News,the CBI Spokesperson Harsh Bhal said that the SP of Special Crime Unit of CBI has been appointed as the Chief Investigating Officer, assisted by a team of legal experts and investigating officers. Mr Bhal said, CBI has a well laid down policy regarding arrest of the accused and interaction with media. These instructions will be followed in these three cases in letter and spirit.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, CBI has appealed to all persons in the know of the facts & circumstances of these cases and to those who are willing to give evidence in the court that they should contact the Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh through email:spscbchg@cbi.gov.in <mailto:spscbchg@cbi.gov.in> or through written communication
