In Gujarat, CBI has issued summons to Gujarat minister of state for home Amit Shah to appear before the agency in connection with the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.According to CBI sources, Amit Shah has been asked to appear before the investigating agency by today at its Gandhinagar Office.AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that Minister of State for Home Amit Shah was not attending cabinet meetings and his office after his name figured in the controversial fake encounter recently.It is believed that the investigating agency has gathered enough evidence showing Shah's involvement in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case and could arrest him at any time.
