CBI today conducted searches at seven places in Delhi and one each in Gurgaon and Greater NOIDA against two officials of Customs department and a businessman. The two officials are Atul Dixit, Commissioner, Customs, Tughlakabad, and Nalin Kumar, the then Deputy Commissioner. <br/><br/>They are accused of cheating, criminal conspiracy and abuse of official positions. The accused gave favours to the business man in his fraudulent export and cost a loss of Rs 74 crore to the exchequer.
