The CBI has ruled out sabotage or any conspiracy behind the helicopter crash in which the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy on the 2nd of September last year. <br/><br/>According to CBI spokesman, Harsh Bhal the premier investigating agency has however concluded that the accident could have been averted, had the pilot taken a decision to terminate the journey or change the path of the flight in view of the adverse weather conditions. <br/><br/>The report by the CBI was submitted today to the Andhra Pradesh government and the District Magistrate in Kurnool. Four other people were also killed in the crash.
