JD(U) has said the documents seized by the CBI from Delhi Chief Minister's Office include the Cabinet decisions and file movement register which show that the action was aimed at targeting Arvind Kejriwal. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament today, party spokesperson K C Tyagi said the NDA government's clarification yesterday that it has nothing to do with Mr. Kejriwal, has proved wrong. He, however, clarified that his party has no objection on CBI action against the Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Rajender Kumar.<br/><br/>Yesterday, the CBI had raided at the Delhi Secretariat against Mr. Kumar. He has been accused of setting up various companies that were given work contracts without tenders at a huge loss to the Delhi government. The alleged irregularities took place before the Aam Aadmi Party came to power.
