The Bihar Government has decided to recommend a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the recruitment of constables and Sub-Inspectors in 2004. AIR Patna correspondent reports that it was during the RJDs regime that the state police headquarters had issued three advertisements for recruitment of constables and sub inspectors in police department and Bihar Military Police ( BMP). Sixteen regional recruitment boards were constituted for the purpose. After the recruitment process was over ,the state police Head Quarter received several complaints about large scale irregularities committed by different boards.
