A joint team of CBI and Income Tax criminal investigation unit today carried out searches at 10 properties belonging to alleged arms dealer Abhishek Verma in Delhi and Gurgoan. A farmhouse in South Delhi and another property in the city have been raided by the teams from where some documents have been collected.

The CBI has also registered a new case against Verma who is a suspect in connection with the Navy war room leak case. Mr. Verma is alleged to have taken money to get a Swiss company out of government's blacklist.
