The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI has issued a lookout notice against Vectra Chief Ravi Rishi. He has also been asked not to leave the country. AIR correspondent quoting official sources reports, CBI has registered an FIR earlier this week which figured Mr Ravi's name.
Mr Rishi, a London-based businessman and owner of the Vectra Group has majority stake in Tatra trucks, a Czech manufacturer.
The sale of 7000 trucks to the Army by Vectra is being formally investigated by the CBI after Army Chief VK Singh's allegation that he was offered a bribe, six months after he took office in 2010.
The CBI had also raided Tatra offices in Bangalore and Delhi on Friday.
