Andhra Pradesh High Court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation to probe into alleged illegal iron ore mining by the Obulapuram Mining Company. The two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru and justice Vilas V Afzalpurkar set aside an earlier stay order on the CBI probe imposed by a single judge bench.
