The CBI on Wednesday filed its closure report in a special court in Ghaziabad in the two-and-a-half year-old sensational Aarushi Talwar murder case due to lack of evidence to nail anyone.In its closure report which will be taken up by the Ghaziabad special court, the CBI has expressed its inability to carry out any further probe because of lack of sufficient evidence at the scene of crime.Aarushi, the 14-year-old daughter of a doctor couple was found dead with her throat slit at their residence at Jalwayu Vihar in Noida near Delhi on 16th May, 2008.Body of their domestic servant 45-year old Yam Prasad Banjade alias Hemraj, was found on the terrace next day.After Uttar Pradesh Police failed to reach any conclusion, the case was handed over to CBI.
