CBI has filed the first chargesheet against three persons, including a former regional officer of All India Council for Technical Education, for their alleged involvement in a scam.<br/><br/>CBI officials said the chargesheet was filed against S P Singh, the then regional Officer, AICTE, Chandigarh, Manoj Kumar Chachan and Sanjay Aggarwal, Chairman and Member respectively of Chachan Educational and Welfare Society, Alwar under different<br/><br/>Sections of IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
